Meet Bonnie

Bonnie was surrendered to the rescue due to her owner moving into an apartment complex that did not allow rodents. Bonnie was given lots of love by her family in the form of unhealthy treats/snacks, as a result she was dangerously overweight when she arrived to the rescue. Fortunately we have had her on a strict diet plan and she is doing great! She is now eager to find her forever home. Bonnie is a very laid back chinchilla and loves to nap in her wooden huts. She does enjoy a sand bath once in a while!

Bonnie is very friendly and doesn’t mind being picked up or brushed. She would do well with a first time chinchilla owner!
